Branch’s Baptist Church recognizes the changing needs of our maturing population. We try to meet these needs by providing a variety of programs. Rev. Dorryce Ann Rudd, Email Dorryce Ann
Relationships Because of the needs of constantly changing relationships, we offer opportunities to relate to others through small group activities in Bible study, social activities and community service.
Enrichment We continually need to learn and feel new experiences. Through day trips we seek the adventures of the local area. We provide mission and community service projects that are appropriate to physical limitations. Beginning computer classes, fitness classes and a variety of craft and study opportunities are provided.
Visitation Some of our people are homebound or are in various health facilities. We participate in an organized program of visitation to provide opportunities to visit and to be visited by other senior adults.
Spiritual Growth Realizing that spiritual growth is never completely achieved, a full range of age appropriate Sunday School classes, literature and mission organizations are available. We encourage one-on-one evangelism through relational development. Additional small group activities are added as requests and needs arise. |
